Community Coaching Container Terms Of Service

“Coach” is myself or a colleague I may ask to substitute a call or co-host a call.

“Participant” refers to a person who is joining the call as part of the wider community and not an invited professional.

1.    Specification of Services

  1. Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Participant in a thought-provoking and creative process that is intended to inspire the Participant to better maximise his, her or their potential, relative to a particular topic. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to assist the Participant in his, her or their ability to formulate and carry out a strategy and/or plan for achieving those goals. Coaching is experienced subjectively and differently by different persons and is very much subject to an intangible dynamic between the Coach and the Participant. Therefore, different people may experience different results and the Participant recognises that the Coach cannot and does not guarantee any satisfaction or particular results from the Community Coaching Container Services.

  2. The Coach is certified in the VITA™ Coaching Method and undergoing further training In Sacred Sexuality Coaching for Men.

  3. The methods and training provided aim to enable the Client to access their primal and limbic systems and using embodiment practice for knowledge, guidance and insight to reach their goals and desires in sex, love and relationships.

  4. The effectiveness of the methods and training on achieving results are dependent on compliance and implementation by the Participant, including any home assignments or practices given to do at home.

  5. The coaching services are not to be construed as counselling and/or therapy of any kind.

  6. If the Coach cannot host  the call, they will email via the newsletter or ask a colleague to host it

  7. The time for each container is limited and therefore Participant looking to be coached should not expect huge impactful results.

  8. The Coach will look to speak to as many people as possible who request to be coached but the Participant may need to return to another Community Coaching Container to have an opportunity

  9. A participant can be removed from the call at anytime if they do not follow the guidelines set out  in 3. Your commitment as Participant.

2.    Specification of Deliverables

  1. The Coach will provide Services by way of 30 minute calls. The Coach will send the Zoom link by newsletter to the Participant before the call. There may be dates and times on the newsletter of more than one call.

  2. The Coach will only respond to questions within the coaching sessions. From time to time the Participant may wish to raise questions by email, the Coach may or may not respond to that query. The Participant  should not constitute any response as an invitation for communications to be conducted by email. Coaching services are provided in the coaching calls as agreed or can be organised via 1-1 coaching with the Coach. Any questions or queries which are received by email will be dealt with by the Coach at the commencement of the next coaching session.

  3. The approach is embodiment based so tools which will require listening to the body and connecting to different areas of the body-mind.

  4. The coaching advice and guidance which is provided is based on the information communicated by the Participant to the Coach. The Participant should be open and honest in all communications so to obtain the most effective coaching service.
