Terms of Use

By enrolling in Dating with Clarity & Confidence ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Programme Overview

Dating 101 is a 4-week group coaching container designed to support participants in navigating dating with clarity and confidence. It includes:

• Weekly live group coaching calls

• Access to a private Facebook group for community and support

• Worksheets, scripts, and home practices

• Optional group messaging or email support (if offered)

While there is a core structure to the programme, sessions are responsive to the group’s needs and energy—meeting what is alive in the moment rather than rigidly following a preset curriculum.

2. Key Dates

• Final coaching call: 15th October

• Facebook group closes: 22nd October (support available until then)

• Access to course materials/videos ends: 12th November
  After these dates, the container and all access to resources will officially close.

• Program Schedule - The dates of the group calls are provided in advance to help you plan. However, these dates are subject to change. In the event of any changes, participants will be notified via email with as much notice as possible.

3. Payment & Fees

• Standard pricing is:

  • £99 (Waitlist offer – valid for 48 hours)

  • £120 (Early Bird – valid until the listed deadline)

  • £150 (Full Price)

• Full payment is required upfront to secure your place.

• Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional cases at the discretion of the program provider.

4. Confidentiality & Group Safety

This is a sacred, confidential container. You agree:

• Not to share personal stories, experiences, or authored content shared by others in coaching calls, group spaces, or chats (e.g., Facebook or Telegram).

• To respect the privacy and vulnerability of every participant.

• To contribute to a safe, supportive environment.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

5. Participation & Conduct

• You agree to engage respectfully and contribute to a safe and supportive community.

• Disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Program.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

• This Program is for educational and personal development purposes and is not a substitute for therapy.

• You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and well-being throughout and after the Program.

• No specific outcomes in dating or relationships are guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content—including worksheets, prompts, recordings, and session materials—is for your personal use only. It may not be shared, distributed, or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Participation & Conduct

• To maintain a safe and supportive environment, any participant causing stress, disruption, or harm to the group may be removed at the discretion of the facilitator. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

• This program is designed to challenge your perspectives and patterns. You may experience moments of discomfort as part of the growth process—this is intentional and an integral part of the journey.
