You’ve felt the spark dim. The pleasure that once felt possible now distant or dulled. But your body isn’t broken. She’s waiting to be listened to, touched differently and remembered.

What if there is 'more'?

For many women, pleasure can feel distant, elusive or even shut down. You might be experiencing numbness, uncertainty about your own body, self‑judgement when touching yourself or wondering if deeper pleasure even exists. Perhaps you’ve felt discomfort or pain or notice your orgasms are clitoral only, leaving you curious about what else is possible.

This journey is a safe, guided space to change all that. Together, we will explore the mysteries of the G‑zone. Understanding your anatomy, uncovering what female ejaculation and squirting really are and learning how to locate and connect to this intimate area of your body.

Through gentle self‑touch practices and mindful exploration, you will deepen your awareness of both the physical sensations and emotional relationship you have with your G‑zone. You’ll be guided to release judgement, embrace curiosity and build trust in your body’s wisdom helping you unlock a deeper, more expansive connection to your own pleasure.

This workshop is for women who are ready to explore, who want to feel more sensation, who long to surrender fully into their bodies and their pleasure. It’s for those who wish to build a deeper connection to themselves, trust their emotional experiences during intimacy and confidently communicate their needs to a partner.

By the end of this session, you won’t just have knowledge, you’ll have a new relationship to your body and a doorway to richer, more alive pleasure.

The struggle...

For many women, the G-Zone feels like a mystery. Elusive, unreachable or even nonexistent. There’s often numbness, self-judgment or confusion about how to connect with this part of the body. Touch may bring more frustration than pleasure and orgasm can feel limited to the clitoris rather than the full-bodied experience the heart longs for. Beneath it all is a quiet question: Am I missing something?

WHY THIS MATTERS...

Most women live disconnected from their deepest source of pleasure. Not because they lack desire but because no one ever showed them how to trust their own body. The longer this disconnection continues, the more distant intimacy, creativity and confidence can feel. This workshop offers a reset. It’s a chance to come back home before another year of going through the motions.

You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body’s wisdom, more confident expressing what you want and more open to receiving pleasure without guilt or pressure. For many women, this work ripples into every area of life. Sex becomes softer and more electric, relationships deepen and daily life feels richer and more alive.

I started out as a sexually repressed, stay at home mother and wife with chronic anxiety, low self-worth and deep-rooted insecurities in all relationships from working to familial to romantic.

I went on to experience an 'awakening' which took me on a path of self-discovery. This awakening led me to explore non-monogamy with my then husband and experience a more embodied connection to myself and my sexuality.

I have learnt to ask for what I want in relationships, state my boundaries and maintain them and I continue to learn and grow. I'm currently giving myself the space to understand who I am without a relationship after being in relationships consistently for 18 years.

I was recently featured in The Telegraph, where I shared my journey from playing the ‘good girl’ to unapologetically claiming my desires and stepping into the work I do today. It’s a story of breaking free from silence, shedding shame and choosing authenticity - even when it triggers others.

With an international reach and supporting clients from over 10 countries including USA, UK, Australia, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, UAE, Chile, Columbia, Brazil, I am making a global impact in the lives and loves of many.

Meera (Syreeta) is a certified Osho meditation facilitator, AUM meditation leader, Humaniversity-trained Sex Counsellor, and is currently entering her seventh year of Therapist Training. Her journey began at the Humaniversity in the Netherlands - a therapeutic community where she spent years engaged in deep personal growth work, including hundreds of hours of group therapy, emotional release and living in close connection with people from all walks of life.

Before discovering this path, Meera often felt disconnected from her sexuality, from joy and from life itself. Sex held little interest for her and the world felt dull and uninspiring. Through her inner work, she learned to open her heart, understand her triggers, explore her true desires and connect more deeply with others. She discovered the power of honesty and vulnerability, choosing authenticity over performance, and grew into a more sensitive, open woman rather than a hardened one.

In 2017, Meera met Deborah Sundahl while attending her ‘Awaken Your G-Spot’ workshops at the Humaniversity. Deeply inspired by Deborah’s grounded, open and respectful approach, Meera became her trainee and followed her teachings across Europe, both in person and online. After Deborah’s passing in 2022, Meera committed to continuing her legacy. The two shared not only a teacher-student bond but also a close friendship.

Today, Meera holds space for women to explore their bodies, desires and unique sexual voices. Her approach is rooted in lived experience rather than theory, embracing the messy, the uncomfortable and the real -  knowing these are often the gateways to deeper love, connection and freedom.
