To best support yourself at the event, please honour the following:

GUIDELINES:

  1. Have a beginner’s mindset. Be open to all that’s available and possible.

  2. Honor and respect yourself, your fellow participants, and me by leaving all judgment at the
door, and call yourself forward into the most loving, supportive place inside yourself. This is
how we create an environment of acceptance, compassion and collaboration.

  3. Everyone participating in the event has all the inner resources to effectively take care of themselves, and so do you. No one needs 'fixing'.

  4. Working and playing together in an intimate environment is a privilege. Keeping in mind the sacredness of both the opportunity and the individuals you are working and playing with will add to the experience for everyone.

  5. We may be working and playing in small groups. Please do not share anything someone shares with you in a small group with the larger group. Everything shared in the small group should be kept in strict confidence. You may share your own experiences and your learnings.

  6. Share and be yourself authentically and truthfully always.

  7. Be prepared for feelings of discomfort. You are stretching your comfort zone and stepping into
new terrain. Recognising this and even celebrating it is an empowering choice.

  8. Take care of yourself, so you can help take care of others. Don’t hurt yourself and don’t hurt
others. And use everything for your own learning, growth and upliftment.

  9. Have fun!

Community Guidelines

For some events there may be Facebook communities and or/WhatsApp groups or other social media or app messaging available to join. These community guidelines refer to interactions within these groups/communities.

Welcome! It is a joy and privilege to be a part of your journey. In fact, it is a privilege for each of us to be together in this way. We invite you to slow down and take that in, along with the guidelines for our communities.

In our experience, real growth and depth of experience can only unfold in a safe environment. Please read the guidelines below, by entering the group social mediate or messaging app container  you demonstrate your agreement.

Here is how we keep our community space safe, respectful and of highest service to all:

1. Confidentiality Matters. This is a private group so nothing you share here will be visible to anyone on your friends list. Only to the group here. And this means that anything anyone shares here is confidential and to be treated as precious and sacred.

2. Bring Your Most Loving and Accepting Self Here. We never know what someone’s lived experience is or has been. For this reason, please bring your most compassionate, respectful self to the page.

3. No One Needs 'Fixing'. Everyone participating has all the inner resources to effectively take care of themselves. We are each whole and complete. Keeping this in mind for yourself and others will serve our community.

4. This Is Not A Therapeutic Space. Please be mindful of your own well-being and keep up with any psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic work that keeps you grounded and safe - including any 12-Step programs.

5. All Coaching Requests. If you have a request for coaching in the group please write COACHING QUESTION if you think it may be useful to others. For anything more specific around emotional support please email Carla at hello@carlacrivaro.com. For logistics please email Ann from Thrive at ann@thrivewomen.co.uk.

Coaching requests can include your inner and outer experience.

6. You are welcome to ask the group for questions, please specify in the message that this is what you are requesting my  writing QUESTION TO ALL

7. All Wins. If you have a win to share put WIN in caps at the top of your post. A win can include anything related to what our event topic is and also anything outside of it. WINS will be acknowledged by all who see them!

8. Resource Requests. This is a place where you can share resources - books, videos, articles, quotes, etc. related to the topic of the event. You can also request ideas for a resource by putting RESOURCE REQUEST at the top of your post, and this will be responded to by everyone who has something to share.

9. Community group Office Hours. we will be in the community group at least once per weekday, Monday-Friday. The times will not be announced, as they will vary from day-to-day based on our schedule. Part of the value of this community is to use it fully. You are invited to ASK for coaching. Do not buy into the idea that your questions are 'stupid' or a 'burden'.

10.  Weekend Rest Days. Rest is a component of success. Unplugging from your need to constantly be 'doing' and 'fixing' and allowing yourself to play and restore is an advanced move. For this reason, we will not be present in the community group on Saturdays and Sundays.

11. Get What You Came For. You joined this event for a reason. Our encouragement is to USE it to the fullest extent. The events aren't just there to be taken in on the mental level. The community posts aren’t meant to just be read. Transformation only comes through ACTION. The more you participate, the more you will get out of this experience. This includes reviewing our community groups to connect with the community (that is a big benefit!), learn, see what others are asking and creating and be inspired/inspiring.
