I often find myself invited to events and immediately thinking of the women who would love them. Nights out, gatherings, workshops, experiences where I know people would connect, have fun, evolve and feel at home together.
I’d message friends individually saying, “Come with me! You’d love this.” Or “You would get on so well with this person.”
This is simply that…
But instead of relying on memory or endless messages, it’s delivered straight to your inbox. So you hear about the things that build sisterhood, growth and empowerment.

The Sister Sanctuary is free to join.
Its mission and purpose is to bring women together in community. To collaborate, to support each other. Women naturally lead with compassion, evolution and a desire for harmony.
The Sister Sanctuary focuses on that by encouraging women to gather and support each other in their growth.
Our own evolution as women right now is even more important. With the world as we know it crumbling and systems in place that fail our children, it’s time that women moved through the hurt and pains of our collective past and unite in community.
Empowering women to speak up for themselves and for others, to get clear on who they are and why they’re here so that they can move their own lives forward and this transformation ripples out into their own communities.
Heart-led, soul-led women of purpose leading their communities in their own way, coming together and having fun while doing so.

Together we rise.

A curated community rooted in generosity, depth and authentic connection.
The Sister Sanctuary was originally a community I had set up 5 years ago and then gradually let it go… until now.
It has been resurrected in part from my word for 2026 - community. And in part because I was bored of attending networking events which felt like someone was trying to sell to you, get you to scan a QR code and get you on their list. It was all very ‘if you scratch my back, I’ll scratch yours’. Networking was starting to feel fake, superficial and icky.
In a time of social media, AI and Zoom calls it feels even more relevant for us to come together in-person. I want to connect to other people at a deeper level. Build true connections. Real support. Enhance my own personal growth and self-development. And build amazing friendships that can support the personal growth and wellbeing of those who attend.
Think of it as crowdsourcing. Everyone helping and guiding each other with their own strengths and competencies.
And… I really enjoy having FUN!
So… I built what I couldn’t find.

3 of cups from the Light Seers Tarot
“The packs you run with and the kindred connections you forge are not always defined by blood, yet they are your living and breathing support system. Deep friendships are the family we choose, and these sacred connections are to be cherished and nurtured. In the best and worst of times, your companions serve as mirrors, allowing you to see who you really are through their eyes. Who do you need to reach out to for support? Call in your besties and enjoy the warm laughter that comes from a powerful soul group. Your mutually loving and beneficial bond carries vibrational attractions that are often ancient, and any setbacks arising from miscommunication or disharmony with others may be old wounds or patterns that are resurfacing to be healed. If an important connection has gone awry, it may be time to make amends. If you need to commit more energy to cultivating friendships, trust your heart to lead you.”
A card I pulled at the beginning of the year when doing a drum journey. The word for 2026 that came up for me during the drum journey was ‘relationships’, which I see as a reflection of my chosen word ‘community’.

ABOUT ME
I'm a Sex & `Relationship Coach by passion, mother of 2 and I LOVE going out meeting new people, getting to know them, their values and desires, no other reason than just because. And! I’m really good at bringing people together for events or quite simply because I think they’ll get on or have lots in common. It comes naturally to me and I get so much enjoyment bringing people together and seeing friendships and partnerships develop from it.
I'm fiercely dedicated to supporting women and their full potential, I'm the cheerleader and motivator.
I love attending workshops for my own personal growth and development.
I love dancing - salsa, raving, grinding to RnB, ecstatic dance… if it has a beat and there’s space to move - I’m there!
I love being out in nature for walks, wild swims and adventures - connecting to myself, my body and Mother Earth.
I love exploring my sexuality and relating style so attend kink workshops, sacred sexuality workshops and communication workshops.
I love travel and learning about the world around me such as museums, theatre, art and talks.
I don’t drink so the nights out you see I’m sober!
I love to try new activities and challenge myself into my edges.
And… I love to do these activities in community with other women.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a networking group?
No. There is no pitching, selling or strategic positioning. The focus is connection not transaction. This is about building community (sisterhood), about reaching our full potential (growth) and creating leaders who lead from the heart in their families, workplaces and communities, no more playing small, the world needs you right now (empowerment).
Who is this for?
Women who value depth, generosity and integrity in how they relate — in every area of their lives - and want to have fun doing so. Many are founders, creatives or practitioners, but labels aren’t the point. We encourage any woman who knows that there is more to life and living and wants to be a part of that movement.
Is it women-only?
Some events are women-only. Others are mixed-gender. This is always clearly stated in each invitation.
Why is it called The Sister Sanctuary if men can attend?
The Platform and group is for women only. Sometimes events might be shared where men may also be present such as day raves, mixed ecstatic dance, etc.
Will I be sold to if I join the mailing list?
This isn’t a sales list. From time to time, I may share my own women’s circles or experiences when they are a natural expression of The Sister Sanctuary’s ethos. These are offered as invitations, not promotions - always optional and never pressured. You are not added to my business mailing list.
How often will I hear from you?
Only when there’s something relevant to share - new events or reminders where spaces remain.
What kinds of events are included?
Experiences I’m genuinely attending or organising or where I trust the facilitator, such as women’s circles, shared meals, spa days, workshops, cultural or social events that feel nourishing, aligned and fun.
Do events cost money?
Most do because they are events organised by other people that we are attending. Occasionally there may be a small markup to reflect the time involved in curating and hosting or an affiliate link where applicable.
How do I book?
Each event in the calendar includes clear information and a direct booking route with me, the organiser or the venue.
What happens if someone breaches the no-selling boundary?
They’re no longer invited. The integrity of the space is protected.
Is this location-based?
Events are in person. Locations are clearly stated in each invite. At the moment they are in the UK and for the most part, north-west England, however, as this grows, who knows where we’ll end up!
Can I leave at any time?
Yes. You’re free to unsubscribe whenever it no longer feels aligned.
