Sometimes we can come across different ways of living that aren’t in line with our own beliefs. We are introduced to lifestyles that we hadn’t even considered.
Growth comes from accepting that your truth can be different to the truth of the next person. And that is OK.
Learning to sit with questions, emotions, judgements, projections and triggers and integrate them is what enables us to live a life more at peace with ourselves. It enables us to connect to our authentic self. The essence of who we are under all the conditioning.
As my work takes me further into exploring my own sexuality, part of my journey is learning what it means to be in or have relationships.
Today I share a video of a peer, Angela, who interviewed me for her YouTube channel. The topic was consensual non-monogamy and why my husband and I have decided to explore this further.
This is a personal and vulnerable share. Questions are welcome. Comments too. If you feel the need to judge or protect your way of life then this is a mirror, a reflection back at you on where YOU are being called to grow.
